Job summary

Simmons First National Corporation is seeking a Credit Card Specialist III to join the Operations team. You will support processing for all card transaction channels in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment and serve as a SME and resource for other areas.

The role leads workload delegation, assists managers, trains newer Specialists, and ensures compliance with banking regulations. Strong data entry, problem solving, and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily and adhere to policies.
• Knowledge of state and federal banking compliance regulations is a plus.
• Experience in banking operations or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of customer information into the operating system.
• Records administration and account paperwork management.
• Review customer accounts to ensure paperwork is current and issues resolved.
• Builds relationships with customers with friendliness and professionalism.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Reconcile DDA and General Ledger accounts.
• Provide administrative support to managers.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies; complete required training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
