Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. This role focuses on developing the commercial strategy, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering value through technical expertise and strong customer engagement.

You will coordinate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality. Key responsibilities include building relationships with major operators, driving cross-sell opportunities, and leading tender

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs and performance drivers.
• Experience with operators in shale basins, preferably Vaca Muerta.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence in CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
