Baker Hughes in Argentina is seeking a Sales Advisor - Technical Sales for Directional Drilling Services. The role focuses on developing the commercial strategy in the Vaca Muerta basin, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering value through technical and commercial excellence.

The position requires deep experience in Directional Drilling and related technologies, with a proven ability to engage operators and translate technical metrics into commercial outcomes.

Formación

• 10+ years experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience working with operators in Vaca Muerta or other shale basins.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis to show service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence in CRM.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
