Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in directional drilling, MWD/LWD, and related tools, with strong communication to translate technical benefits into business outcomes. Office-based role with local travel and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical value to commercial outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators (YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex) and contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across tools and systems.
• Support tender submissions and contract renewals; maintain CRM opportunity pipelines.
