Baker Hughes in Argentina is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will own the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and engage operators and contractors with technical and commercial insights to win value-based contracts.

The role requires extensive experience in directional drilling and MWD/LWD, with strong ability to translate technical data into commercial advantage. Office presence in Neuquén is expected.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs and performance drivers.
• Experience working with operators in shale basins and in Vaca Muerta is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators and drilling contractors; present technical value and differentiation.
