Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and engage with operators to deliver high-value drilling solutions.

The role requires deep technical and sales expertise, strong stakeholder management, and collaboration with operations, engineering, and product teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Building and maintaining relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex, and drilling contractors.
