Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Coordinator - Technical Sales to lead commercial strategy for Directional Drilling in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with operators, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions.

The role focuses on translating technical capabilities into commercial value, conducting pricing and proposals, and ensuring service quality aligns with Baker Hughes standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins and technical sales cycles.

Responsabilités

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Delivering technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value.
