Baker Hughes in Argentina is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services to develop and execute the commercial strategy in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will manage the full sales cycle, engage with operators, present technical value, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality.

The role demands a deep understanding of drilling methods, data interpretation, and KPI drivers, plus a track record in technical sales within shale basins.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs, and performance drivers.
• Experience working with operators in shale basins (Vaca Muerta preferred).
• Ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering/procurement stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical information into commercial value.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality.
