The position requires a strong track record in directional drilling, MWD/LWD, and related products, with a focus on proven commercial execution and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation, drilling KPIs, and performance drivers.
• Experience working with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Delivering technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborating with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across product lines.
• Supporting tender submissions and contract renewals to secure long-term business.
