Job summary

Cadent, a US Medical Communications company, is seeking an Account Executive to be the day-to-day contact for multi-project accounts and ensure successful delivery of digital products used in clinical trials.

You will work with sponsors, study teams and cross-functional stakeholders to manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and client communications, escalating risks when needed. Strong writing and verbal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 1–3 years in clinical research, trial ops, healthcare, or digital product delivery.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with trial workflows and sponsor needs.
• Proficient with project management tools (Wrike, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients including sponsors and study teams.
• Support planning, onboarding, deployment and study-level delivery.
• Track project status, risks, issues and client deliverables.
• Prepare metrics and analyses of engagement and delivery data.
• Assist senior management with proposals and new business presentations.
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication with clients and internal teams.
