Job summary

Cadent, powered by Syneos Health, is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to orchestrate day-to-day delivery across assigned accounts and studies involving digital products used in clinical trials and healthcare communications.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor junior colleagues, and safeguard quality, timelines, and customer experience across multiple projects. This role interacts with sponsors, study teams, and clinical, operational, product, and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in life sciences, healthcare, communications, business or technology.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple projects or workstreams.
• Experience delegating activities and guiding junior colleagues.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, risks, and customer priorities.
• Experience working with product and technology teams; product development experience is a plus.
• Experience using AI tools in production or content-delivery workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery across assigned accounts and studies, coordinating with senior leads on strategy.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day relationship lead for assigned customers and studies; monitor satisfaction and issues.
• Oversee project planning, onboarding, deployment, and delivery for digital products and services.
• Delegate activities and guide junior team members.
• Review timelines, calendars, action plans, and metrics reports.
• Coordinate workstreams across customers, study teams, content resources, and technology teams.
• Manage risks, issues, and customer concerns; protect quality and timelines.
• Monitor delivery performance, budgets, utilization, and forecasts; adjust as needed.
• Contribute to demonstrations, reviews, and proposals; support account growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve or expand digital products and services.
