JPMorgan Chase is seeking a senior analytics professional in Buenos Aires to develop and maintain analytical tools, automate processes, and collaborate with global teams on projects and UAT. The role emphasizes empowerment of analysts to meet production deadlines and drive operational improvements.

You will build Excel-based tools, streamline workflows with large data sets, and contribute to end-to-end analytics outputs including dashboards.

Formación

• 5+ years' experience in financial analytics, data operations, data management, or a closely related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or another quantitative discipline
• Advanced Excel, Alteryx and Tableau or similar analytics/visualization tools capabilities (analysis, reconciliation, data-quality validation/checks)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a time-sensitive environment
• Proven ability to design, build, and automate data architectures, processes, and workflows
• Experience delivering end-to-end analytics outputs, including dashboard development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies
• Working knowledge of financial instruments and multi-asset markets
• Hands-on experience using Databricks for analytics and reporting/dashboarding use cases
