Sovos is seeking an Implementation Consultant I in Argentina to guide new clients through onboarding, owning the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live. You will translate business needs into technical configurations, document setup details, and provide training and ongoing support post go-live.

The role emphasizes client interaction, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and leveraging AI tools to streamline processes.

Formación

• Experience in a service-related, client-facing role.
• Experience in client-facing implementation, project management, or technical consulting.
• Foundational understanding of tax rules and processes or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and technology platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for clients during the implementation process from kickoff to go-live.
• Develop and manage project plans, identify risks, and resolve issues to keep implementations on track.
• Complete configuration tasks and document setup details for a smooth handoff to support teams.
• Lead collaborative sessions to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide training and ongoing support during peak processing times after go-live.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve onboarding quality.
