Sovos in Argentina seeks a Compliance Services Representative to manage day-to-day client tax compliance needs, including data imports and reconciliation, regulatory deadlines, and problem resolution as a trusted resource. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in a client support/services capacity.
• 1–2 years of experience in Tax Information Reporting (1099), ACA, Sales and Use Tax, FATCA, Unclaimed Property, or Exemption Certificate Management.
• Excellent time management, decision making, and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver client services utilizing Sovos Tax Information Reporting and related software.
• Ensure compliance with IRS, state, and local authorities and client procedures.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve client issues; coordinate with internal departments.
• Assist Compliance Services Associates in building domain expertise and resolving client issues.
• Maintain goals and metrics to ensure progress and alignment with business outcomes.
• Identify process improvements and lead internal process improvement projects.
• Support training and development by leading sessions and creating materials.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
