SupportYourApp is seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead the entire implementation journey for B2B clients. You will configure the platform, manage complex projects, and drive user adoption across procurement and financial workflows.

You will run discovery sessions, map requirements to workflows, and coordinate data migration with internal teams and clients to ensure a successful Go-Live. Strong English, data skills, and ERP/CRM experience are essential.

Formación

• 1+ year in B2B SaaS Implementation or related customer-facing role.
• Experience managing multiple implementation projects with deadlines and scope.
• Advanced English written and spoken; able to lead meetings/negotiations.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and metrics.
• Experience configuring ERP/CRM or similar systems.
• Change management mindset; guide processes and adoption.
• Proactive, organized with strong presentation and relationship skills.
• Curious, problem-solving mindset; collaborate with engineering on APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Conduct discovery sessions to map client processes to product workflows.
• Manage timelines, data migration, and technical alignment with stakeholders.
• Guide clients through data validation and migration of vendor lists and catalogs.
• Deliver workshops and enablement resources to ensure platform adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and QA to remove blockers and improve the product.
