AgileEngine is seeking a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end email campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. You will document, validate, and execute briefs, lead kickoff meetings, and manage calendars while serving as the main client contact.

Strong English and familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud are required. Responsibilities cover campaign setup, trafficking, QA, segmentation, scheduling, and deployment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in campaign, account, or project management.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with new client implementation.
• Strong client-facing communication and project management skills.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilités

• Gather and document client campaign requirements before build begins.
• Validate briefs for completeness (audience, content, offer, timeline).
• Lead kick-off meetings and document outputs and actions.
• Own the marketing calendar and track milestones.
• Serve as the primary client contact for status and escalations.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end including setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization.
• Coordinate deployment, audience segmentation, scheduling, and sending.
• Submit and track campaigns in Workfront/Jira and maintain docs.
• Support A/B and multivariate test planning and execution.
• Identify process inefficiencies and improve workflows.
• Develop robust campaign/process documentation.
• Escalate risks and blockers to avoid missed SLAs.
