Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an experienced professional to manage end-to-end transaction execution for credit products across Trade & Working Capital and CIB clients. The role requires negotiating legal documentation, reviewing conditions precedents, and coordinating with bankers, counsel, and compliance to ensure timely resolutions.

The candidate should demonstrate strong organization, excellent English, and a proven ability to manage relationships under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in documentation negotiation management and transaction execution coordination of credit facilities.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Solid understanding of credit execution, transaction management and banking processes.
• Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to a resolution.
• Excellent coordination skills and a strong control mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships, both internally and externally.
• Good organization skills and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end transaction execution management of credit products for Trade & Working Capital and Corporate & Investment Banking clients.
• Review and support front office in negotiating legal documentation across credit products.
• Review conditions precedents and escalate when needed.
• Liaise with internal/external counsel to prepare and review transactional documentation.
• Suggest solutions to stakeholders to reach a timely resolution.
• Manage controls framework, reporting and escalation for transaction execution and approvals.
• Maintain oversight of the deal closing process.
• Provide support in post-closing deal activities.
