Political Asylum Lawyers in Houston is seeking a dedicated professional to serve as the primary client contact, communicating in English and Spanish, sending emails and making calls to gather information and respond to inquiries. You will follow established workflows to keep case development on track and support attorneys and paralegals.

You do not need deep immigration-law knowledge but must master our procedures, stay organized under pressure, and adapt to changing tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing immigration applications is preferred but not required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and able to work under significant stress.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to adapt to changing tasks and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the firm’s main point of contact with clients, supporting attorneys and paralegals.
• Return phone calls and reply to emails from clients and potential clients.
• Provide status updates so clients understand timelines and next steps.
• Coordinate case logistics: scheduling appointments and preparation sessions.
• Proactively manage cases to ensure deadlines are met and track progress.
• Compile and submit filings to immigration agencies.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of company protocols.
