Political Asylum Lawyers in Houston seeks a bilingual client coordinator to support asylum cases nationwide. You will contact clients daily in English and Spanish, draft communications, and gather documents to move cases forward.

You will follow standard workflows, flag delays, and coordinate with attorneys and paralegals. No deep immigration law knowledge required; training is provided and adaptation is valued.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to adapt to changing policies and procedures.
• Experience preparing immigration applications is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact, communicating in English and Spanish daily.
• Support attorneys and paralegals and manage client communications.
• Return calls and emails and collect documents to move cases forward.
• Coordinate case deadlines and track progress, flag delays when needed.
