Mangone Law Firm, LLC is seeking an Intake Coordinator to lead the Intake team and ensure every lead is fully collected and logged promptly. You will oversee deadlines, maintain high-quality information, and prepare actionable pre-consultation notes for consultants.

The role emphasizes process improvement and close collaboration with the Client Intake team to ensure a seamless client journey. The position offers exposure to a fast-growing immigration law practice with a nationwide client base,

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a team and coordinate day-to-day work.
• Proven track record of collecting client information completely ahead of consultations.
• Strong attention to detail to review work and identify gaps.
• Clear, actionable communication to provide direction and notes.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and people under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the Intake team and ensure every Qlead is logged in CampLegal within 24 hours.
• Oversee deadline compliance and quality standards, correcting deviations promptly.
• Prepare and review actionable pre-consultation notes with essential data for consultants.
• Identify and propose process improvements; train the team to raise standards.
• Collaborate with Client Intake to ensure consistency from Qlead to active client.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and talented Intake Coordinator to join our dynamic team!

Requirements

• Prior experience leading or coordinating a team, overseeing day-to-day work, deadline compliance, and the quality of information collected
• Proven experience collecting client information completely and accurately ahead of each consultation
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment, to review the team's work, catch errors or gaps, and identify areas for process improvement
• Excellent communication skills, both to give feedback and direction to your team and to ensure clear, actionable pre-consultation notes
• Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple cases and people at once while maintaining a professional, resilient attitude
• Availability: Flexible schedule — you're willing to work various shifts as needed

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate the Intake team, ensuring every Qlead is fully collected and logged in CampLegal within 24 hours
• Oversee deadline compliance and quality standards, reviewing the team's work and correcting deviations promptly
• Prepare and review actionable pre-consultation notes that equip the consultant with useful data to close the sale: immigration status, documentation, qualifying factors, hardships, and relevant history
• Identify and propose process improvements, training your team and raising the overall standard of work
• Collaborate closely with the Client Intake team, providing direction and guidance to ensure consistency across the full journey from Qlead to active client
