Mangone Law Firm, LLC, a New Jersey-based immigration law firm, seeks a bilingual immigration paralegal and/or declarations writer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish and can draft client declarations and legal documents with precision.

This role supports humanitarian immigration cases and involves packet preparation, research, client communication, and collaboration with the team.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in humanitarian immigration cases (VAWA, T Visa, U Visa, Family Based).
• Experience in taking declarations and drafting legal documents.
• Basic knowledge of immigration legal documents, processes, and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, concisely, and accurately.

• Drafting and taking client declarations.
• Packet Preparation: Prepare middle-role legal packets—including cover letters, correspondence, and forms—ensuring clarity, accuracy, and logical structure based on templates and case details

Role Overview

We're looking for enthusiastic and talented Bilingual Immigration Paralegal and (or) Declarations Writer to join our dynamic team! This role requires the candidate to be bilingual (Spanish-English).

Requirements

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

• Bilingual (English-Spanish)
