• Return phone calls and reply to emails from clients and potential clients.
• Proactively provide status updates so clients understand case progress.
• Coordinate case logistics: scheduling appointments and preparation sessions.
• Proactively manage cases to ensure deadlines are met.
• Compile and submit filings to immigration agencies.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of company protocols and processes.
