Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience preparing immigration applications is preferred but not required.
• Able to manage high-stress cases and tight timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the firm’s main point of contact with clients, supporting attorneys and paralegals.
• Maintain and track case workflows; provide status updates to clients and team.
• Return calls and respond to emails from clients and potential clients.
• Coordinate case logistics, reminders, and document collection.
• Contribute to development and improvement of company protocols and processes.
