You will handle inquiries via email, live chat and phone in Spanish and English, support customer accounts, translate promotional content when needed, and assist with KYC checks in line with regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
• Experience in customer service (face-to-face, online or phone).
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via email, live chat, and telephone in Spanish and English.
• Work with the team to hit customer satisfaction and KPI targets.
• Manage and maintain customer accounts; translate promotions as needed.
• Conduct KYC checks and monitor for risk as required by regulations.
• Adhere to policies on player safety, fraud prevention and responsible gaming.
