Job summary

Betsson Group is seeking a Customer Service Agent to deliver an outstanding customer experience across Latin America. You will handle inquiries via email, live chat and phone in Spanish and English, support customer accounts, translate promotional content when needed, and assist with KYC checks in line with regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
• Experience in customer service (face-to-face, online or phone).

• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

• Support customers via email, live chat, and telephone in Spanish and English
• Work closely with the team to achieve high customer satisfaction and KPI targets.
• Manage and maintain customer accounts.Translate promotional content and customer surveys into the local language when required.
• Request, review, verify, and store customer documentation in line with regulatory requirements.Perform KYC checks, customer risk assessments, and monitor suspicious activity
• Follow company policies related to player safety, protection, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming.

What we are looking for

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in customer service (face-to-face, online, or phone-based)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a customer-centric mindset.
