Job summary

Betsson Group is seeking a Customer Service Agent to deliver an outstanding customer experience across email, live chat, and telephone in Spanish and English. The role emphasizes compliance with player safety and regulatory requirements, with a hybrid work model and offices in Malta.

You will handle customer accounts, translate content when needed, and perform KYC checks while maintaining high KPI targets and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via email, live chat, and telephone in Spanish and English.
• Work closely with the team to achieve high customer satisfaction and KPI targets.
• Manage and maintain customer accounts.
• Translate promotional content and customer surveys into the local language when required.
• Request, review, verify, and store customer documentation in line with regulatory requirements. Perform KYC checks, customer risk assessments, and monitor suspicious activity.
• Follow company policies related to player safety, protection, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming.
