Political Asylum Lawyers, a Houston-based immigration law firm, seeks a bilingual professional to serve clients daily in English and Spanish. You will engage clients, respond to inquiries, manage case workflows, and coordinate with attorneys to ensure timely submissions and high-quality service.

The role requires excellent communication under pressure, the ability to adapt to changing procedures, and a commitment to our mission of helping immigrants secure their futures in the United States

Formación

• Experience preparing immigration applications is preferred but not required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with professional proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to serve clients.
• Return calls and emails from clients and potential clients.
• Guide clients through tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Submit filings to immigration agencies and manage case workflows.
• Perform general administrative tasks and help improve processes.
