Driscoll’s, Inc. seeks an experienced agronomy manager to oversee crop development at the research center.

You will coordinate irrigation and fertigation aligned with crop phenology and soil analysis, maintaining system operations and traceability to drive efficiency indicators for water and nutrient use. Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Horticulture, Biology, Biochemistry or Agriculture with strong horticulture and agronomy knowledge.
• 5+ years experience in similar roles or responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee agronomy of crops in substrate with research farm teams.
• Review fertility programs for berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries).
• Lead supplier evaluations for new technology purchases.
• Manage technicians on irrigation, fertility decisions, and scheduling.
• Ensure EC, pH, and fertility stay within target ranges via data analysis and irrigation maintenance oversight.
