Tudip Technologies Pvt. Ltd in Argentina is seeking a creative, analytical Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing initiatives for AscentPath.

This IC role will independently drive brand awareness, demand generation, product marketing, and digital campaigns to generate qualified enterprise leads. The ideal candidate loves B2B SaaS marketing, understands HR tech trends, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS, HRTech, EdTech, AI, or enterprise software.
• Proven experience in demand generation and digital campaign management.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Demand Generation: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate MQLs for enterprise customers.
• Content Marketing: Create blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, newsletters, and landing pages.
• Website & SEO: Own the AscentPath site, improve traffic and lead generation; optimize landing pages.
• Performance Marketing: Plan/manage Google/LinkedIn/YouTube campaigns; optimize CPL/ROAS.
• Social Media & Brand Building: Build presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, X; grow brand awareness.
• Email Marketing & Automation: Create nurture campaigns; build automated workflows; segment audiences.
• Events & Webinars: Plan webinars and virtual events; manage registrations and follow-up.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaigns with GA and CRM dashboards; present insights.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership.
