Tudip Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the VoXgent digital strategy, building brand awareness and driving pipeline through data-driven campaigns. You’ll manage demand generation, content, and performance marketing for enterprise AI solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, a track record of generating MQLs/SQLs, and strong analytics. A hybrid work setup with collaboration across technical and sales teams is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing for B2B SaaS, AI, cloud, or enterprise technology products.
• Proven track record in lead generation and demand generation.
• Experience managing enterprise digital campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and project management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Build quarterly and annual marketing plans focused on pipeline generation.
• Define campaign goals, budgets, KPIs, and ROI targets.
• Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels.
• Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for the sales team.
• Optimize lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales to improve lead conversion rates.
• Create and manage high-quality content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, landing pages, newsletters, and customer success stories.
• Develop messaging around AI, Conversational AI, Contact Center Automation, Customer Experience, and Enterprise Automation.
• Coordinate product launches and feature announcements.
• Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube campaigns, and retargeting initiatives.
• Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, CPL, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and CTAs.
• Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms.
• Build thought leadership content around AI and enterprise automation.
• Grow followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Design email campaigns for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and product updates.
• Segment audiences and optimize email performance.
• Manage marketing automation workflows.
• Plan and promote webinars, product demos, virtual events, Lunch & Learn sessions, and industry conferences.
• Coordinate event marketing campaigns before, during, and after events.
• Measure event-generated pipeline and ROI.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and marketing automation tools.
• Report on website traffic, lead generation, campaign ROI, CAC, CPL, and marketing attribution.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
