Tudip Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking a creative, analytical Digital Marketing Manager to lead AscentPath's digital marketing initiatives.

This IC role will independently drive brand awareness, demand generation, product marketing, and digital campaigns to generate qualified enterprise leads and support growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment and understands HR tech and AI-enabled learning trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS, HRTech, EdTech, AI, or enterprise software.
• Proven experience in demand generation and digital campaign management.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate MQLs for enterprise customers.
• Build targeted campaigns for HR Leaders, L&D teams, Sales Enablement leaders, Customer Success teams, and executives.
• Execute ABM campaigns targeting strategic enterprise accounts.
• Optimize marketing funnels to improve lead conversion and pipeline growth.
• Create and manage blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, newsletters, and thought leadership content.
• Collaborate with Product Management on product launches, feature announcements, and messaging.
• Own the AscentPath website and optimize for traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
• Plan and manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube campaigns, remarketing campaigns.
• Build AscentPath’s digital presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and industry communities.
• Create and execute lead nurturing campaigns, newsletters, and event promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and marketing automation platforms.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Work with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams; support sales enablement with assets.
