Job summary

VAgency is hiring a confident Appointment Setter to perform 150+ outbound cold calls daily from our Buenos Aires office. The role focuses on identifying qualified prospects, handling objections, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

You will maintain CRM records, follow up with prospects, and work toward daily targets with ongoing coaching to improve performance. This is a full-time, on-site position in Buenos Aires.

Qualifications

• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment setting.
• Availability to work full-time from Buenos Aires office.
• Confidence asking questions, handling objections, and speaking with unfamiliar people.

Responsibilities

• Make 150+ outbound cold-call attempts per day.
• Introduce services clearly and create interest with prospective clients.
• Identify decision-makers and qualify prospects against defined criteria.
• Book qualified appointments and confirm meeting details.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized pipeline.
• Keep accurate CRM records, including call outcomes, notes, and next steps.
• Work toward daily activity and appointment targets.
• Participate in call reviews and apply coaching to improve performance.
