Job summary

BYD Argentina is seeking a Learning & Training Designer to transform complex automotive knowledge into clear, engaging content. You will design and deliver in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions for dealers across Argentina, building confidence in products and brand experience.

You will produce digital content, videos, e-learning, and tutorials while localizing materials to the Argentine market. Advanced English is required, and travel across the country is expected to support dealers and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
• Experience in automotive training and content production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver in-person, virtual, and hybrid dealer training on product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
• Create, record, edit, and publish digital training content including videos, e-learning, tutorials, and presentations.
• Conduct on-site training visits across Argentina and localize materials to local market needs.
• Assess training gaps with dealers and measure effectiveness using KPIs, reporting to the Argentina Training Coordinator.
• Build partnerships with dealer management and provide post-training support.
