BYD Group is seeking a Logistics Analyst to manage daily vehicle distribution from port to dealer network in Argentina. You will ensure on-time, undamaged deliveries at the right cost, act as the main contact for transport providers, and drive process improvements as BYD expands its dealer network.

The role requires 2–4 years in transport or distribution logistics, familiarity with automotive logistics, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related field.
• Supply Chain certification preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in transport or distribution logistics.
• Experience with automotive logistics (vehicle distribution, car carriers, ports, PDI) is a strong plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily vehicle transport from port and warehouse to dealers; plan loads and track deliveries.
• Work with transport providers and port operators to secure capacity and on-time pickups.
• Handle dealer claims for damage or delivery issues and coordinate with carriers and insurers to recover costs.
• Manage Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) processes and drive corrective actions with providers.
• Record delivery notes and shipment data accurately in the system.
• Review transport provider invoices against rates and services for payment.
• Track KPIs like on-time delivery, lead time, damage rate and cost per unit; report to management.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities in routes, loads, rates and claims recovery.
