Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own both automated and manual testing for desktop and mobile apps. You will build robust test suites, integrate them into CI/CD, and collaborate with developers to ensure testability and quality across features.

Competenze

4+ years in QA automation, with hands-on manual and exploratory testing.
Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
Hands-on with Playwright for desktop/web, and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps on real devices.
Experience using AI tools in QA and evaluating their outputs.

Mansioni

Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments
Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes
Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria
Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features
Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
