Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own automation for desktop and mobile applications while performing manual and exploratory testing. You will build robust regression tests, integrate into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with developers and product teams to improve testability.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted QA, testing Electron and React Native apps, and delivering high-quality software for a global fintech platform with flexible remote and office options.

Competenze

• 4+ years in QA automation, plus hands-on manual and exploratory testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, e.g., GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
• Experience with Electron and React Native apps.
• Experience using AI tools in QA.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
