Tether seeks an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation while performing manual tests for robust product quality. You will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, refine test data and environments, and collaborate with developers to improve testability and acceptance criteria.
Candidates should have 4+ years in QA automation, hands-on testing experience, and proficiency with Playwright or WebdriverIO. Remote work is available worldwide, with AI-assisted QA tools a plus.

- 4+ years in QA automation and manual testing.
- Experience writing and using Gherkin for BDD.
- Experience with CI/CD in automated test environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Holistic approach to quality and risk awareness.
Mansioni
- Build regression automation scripts for core app functionality.
- Manually validate software against defined criteria.
- Run smoke, regression, integration, and performance tests.
- Document feature behavior and test outcomes.
- Track pass/fail criteria and link issues to bugs.
- Collaborate with product to ensure quality across SDLC.
- Contribute to testing strategy with customer-facing teams.
