AgileEngine seeks an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation and contribute to manual testing across the SDLC. You will build robust regression suites and integrate tests into CI/CD workflows to keep releases reliable.

You will investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure quality and acceptance criteria are met. This remote role offers global opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software quality assurance.
• 3+ years in automated testing.
• Experience with Gherkin for BDD.
• Experience with prompting and harness engineering.
• Experience building agentic quality engineering skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
• Collaborate with product and customer teams to incorporate feedback into testing strategy.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.
