AgileEngine is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile testing, building regression scripts, and integrating tests into CI/CD. You will perform manual, exploratory, and automated testing to ensure software quality across features and releases.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product teams and on-call responsibilities, with USD-based compensation and a remote-friendly, global work environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in a software quality assurance role.
• 3+ years of experience in automated testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Mindset focused on holistic quality.
• Experience writing and working with Gherkin for behavior-driven development.
• Experience with prompt engineering and harness engineering.
• Experience building Agentic skills focused on Quality Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Build regression automation scripts that support app functionality.
• Manually test software for validation and accuracy based on defined criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance and other testing types.
• Record detailed documentation of feature behavior.
• Record pass/fail conditions of tests and map to bugs.
• Identify and elevate risks to quality of product or process.
• Collaborate with product team to ensure quality across SDLC and releases.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to incorporate user feedback in testing strategy.
• Participate in refinement and estimations of effort for planning.
• Utilize GitHub to maintain automation repos and run scripts.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.
