You will support contract execution, manage client communications, and ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.

With a background in client service and pharma knowledge, you will augment relationships across accounts, coordinate with sales, and mentor junior reps as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of related experience required.
• Broad knowledge of client service concepts and pharmaceutical industry.

Responsabilités

• Ensure fulfillment of contract specifications and client requests to build satisfaction.
• Assist team to maintain effective client relationships and serve as day-to-day contact.
• Verify product deliverables meet customer specifications, including timeliness and quality.
• Explain and expand usage of IQVIA deliverables to derive value and identify opportunities within existing clients.
• Maintain internal communication with sales and client service support on client activities.
• Monitor performance against service agreements and ensure client obligations are met.
• Conduct training for clients and employees when needed.
• Represent IQVIA on external client projects.
