Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree In life sciences or related field required.
• +4-5 years of clinical research experience, being the majority of those years in a project management capacity in a CRO or pharma company.
• Strong vendor management experience is mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English. Strong presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Planning, time management and prioritization skills; ability to organize resources and provide clear direction.
• Ability to work across geographies and understand cultural differences.
• Good understanding of project financials.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to the development of integrated study management plans.
• Primary contact for vendors and vendor management activities.
• Accountable for assigned portion of clinical studies and ensure speed, quality and cost efficiency.
• Set objectives for project sub-teams and communicate performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to support milestones and resolve issues.
• Monitor progress and present project information to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and contingencies and work with project leader on resolutions.
• Ensure project quality by addressing risks and implementing CAPAs.
• May serve as primary or back-up customer contact for small projects.
• Lead sub-team efforts and manage cross-collaboration to support milestones.
• Support financial success of the project and identify revenue acceleration opportunities.
• Identify changes in scope and manage change control processes.
• Capture lessons learned and implement best practices.
