Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• 3+ years of sponsor or CRO contracting experience (global and/or regional).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
• Strong legal, financial and/or technical writing skills.
• Solid understanding of regulated clinical trial environment and drug development.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory guidelines.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, SOPs and Corporate Standards.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and take calculated risks.
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor colleagues.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and email.
• Good understanding of clinical trial contract management.
• Experience working in a matrix team environment.
• Ability to build relationships with sponsors and team members.
• Ability to develop and suggest alternative contracting language and financial options.
• Knowledge of sponsor or stakeholder needs and effective knowledge sharing.
• Ability to use metrics to set study timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate investigator grants and contracting strategies for proposals.
• Create contract language, payment language and budget templates.
• Utilize contracting systems and CTMS in line with project plans.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders and RSU regions to deliver scope.
• Provide contracting support to Study Teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with documentation to support business development and study initiation.
• Share contracting intelligence and monitor timelines and financial goals.
• Deliver client presentations and maintain internal systems and tracking tools.
