IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Lead to provide global study leadership across regional and global trials. You will partner with Project Leaders, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to deliver studies with quality, patient recruitment, site performance, and operational excellence.

The role involves directing clinical delivery, guiding teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to financial oversight and continuous improvement across the study lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years in clinical research, monitoring, or operations in CRO/pharma/biotech.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the clinical delivery of regional and global studies with quality, timing, recruitment, and operational goals.
• Drive patient recruitment strategies and site engagement to achieve enrolment targets.
• Collaborate with Project Leaders and cross-functional teams to hit milestones and resolve issues.
• Provide leadership to clinical teams, supporting resource planning and training.
• Manage clinical risks and oversee quality standards with proactive mitigation.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting for clinical delivery.
• Support proposal development and planning for new opportunities.
