IQVIA is seeking a candidate to oversee patient recruitment and retention operational plans for small to mid-size studies. You willCoordinate with sponsors and project teams to implement tactical plans and monitor impacts.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver recruitment tactics, represent IQVIA at meetings, train CRAs and site staff, and own study KPI and financial performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Health care or other scientific discipline.
• Over 3 years of relevant industry experience, with +1 years of experience in a project management role.
• In depth knowledge of the drug development processes across all functional areas.
• Good written and verbal communication skills including good command of English.
• Knowledge and ability to apply GCP/ICH and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills effective presentation skills.
• Computer skills including proficiency in data analysis and presentation software, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with pre and post award stakeholders to manage the coordination, planning, quality and implementation of Patient Recruitment and Retention operational plans on small/mid size studies.
• Communicate with sponsors and project teams to implement and monitor impact of the recruitment/retention tactical plan.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver all appropriate tactics associated with the recruitment/retention strategy.
• Represent IQVIA Patient Recruitment at site/sponsor-facing meetings to present strategy/rationale, train CRAs and site staff, and conduct recruitment support workshops as required.
• Ownership for study KPI and financial performance.
