Power Digital Marketing, Inc. is seeking an Associate Art Director to lead design and motion output within a division, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on craft.

You will manage Design and Edit Leads, coach teams in QA and execution, and build scalable creative systems to ensure on-time, on-brand work that drives performance. You will partner with the Art Director to implement tooling, processes, and scalable workflows, while embracing AI technologies to optimize production and maintain

Formación

• 8+ years in visual design and/or video editing, agency experience preferred.
• Strong fluency in Adobe CC, Figma, and platform-specific formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring creatives.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance creative.

Responsabilidades

• Own the executional bar for design and motion across assigned division.
• QA and direct high-priority assets with performance, polish, and platform alignment.
• Partner with Creative Team Lead to ensure visual direction aligns with strategy and business goals.
• Lead internal reviews, give actionable feedback, and champion brand consistency.
• Maintain fluency in platform-specific creative standards across Meta, Email/SMS, Organic Social, Amazon, and Content.
