Superside is seeking visionary AI Creative Directors/Associate Creative Directors to guide a globally distributed team across branding, ad and social creative, presentations, print, and landing pages. You will shape AI-enhanced creativity, balancing hands-on work with strategic guidance in a fully remote setting.

You'll lead by example, mentor, and drive a scalable design practice rooted in experimentation, feedback, and continuous improvement across time zones and cultures.

Formación

• Excellent English communication skills and ability to express ideas clearly and supportively.
• 5+ years of experience as a creative lead or similar with diverse teams.
• Advanced design tool proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, presentations).
• Proficient in using AI tools as part of a thoughtful workflow.
• Experience leading projects, mentoring peers, and contributing to vision.
• Strong portfolio showing AI-enhanced branding, presentations and advertising.
