Job summary

Virtustant is seeking an Appointment Setter to turn inbound leads into booked appointments and sales for US-based clients. This is a 100% remote role, working from your home country, with full-time hours aligned to US business times.

You will respond quickly to inquiries by phone, SMS, and email; qualify leads; book calendar appointments; and keep the CRM up to date while hitting daily activity targets. Fluency in English (C1+) and CRM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in sales, appointment setting or customer service.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher) and confident on the phone.
• Target-driven and resilient.
• Experience with CRM systems.
