Virtustant is seeking an Appointment Setter for real estate lead follow-up. You will contact warm leads, qualify them, and book appointments for agents using scripts and a restricted system. Daily activity involves about 50 leads with focus on quality conversations and precise record-keeping.

This is a full-time remote role with USD or local currency pay options. Strong English (C1/C2) and professional video-call etiquette are required to succeed in this position.
