Job summary

Savvital is seeking an experienced Applied Epic Insurance Associate to support a busy P&C insurance agency. The role requires hands-on management of client records, COIs, endorsements, renewals, and policy servicing within Applied Epic.

Ideal candidates will have intermediate to advanced Applied Epic experience in a professional insurance setting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle high-volume requests with accuracy and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Advanced Applied Epic proficiency demonstrated in a working insurance agency.
• Hands-on experience managing client records, policy files, COIs, endorsements, renewals.

Responsibilities

• Applied Epic Management: Maintain client accounts, policy files, and activity logs in Applied Epic.
• COIs: Prepare, issue, track, and follow up on certificates of insurance with high-volume requests.
• Policy Servicing: Process endorsements and update client and policy information.
• Quoting & Re-quoting: Gather information, obtain quotes, assist with proposals.
• Renewal Management: Monitor renewals, coordinate with carriers, gather updated information.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain digital records and use Applied Epic reporting features.
• Producer Support: Manage calendars, appointments, and follow-ups for producers/accounts.
• Client Communication: Respond to inquiries and coordinate service requests.
• Task Prioritization: Manage multiple requests with accuracy and deadlines.
