Sweetepictravels seeks a Remote Customer Service Representative to act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism from home.

You will handle inquiries on insurance sales, benefits administration, and general accounts, plus outbound outreach to promote services and identify opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on customer interaction.
• Strong negotiation and multilingual communication abilities.
• HIPAA awareness and privacy compliance knowledge.

Responsabilidades
